Welcome to Acceed
PARTNER FOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS AND SMART CONTROL
Brand names alone do not impress us at all. When we select our products, the one and only thing that matters is their performance – and this is always measured against the demands and the expectations of our customers. There are many ways to arrive at the goal. We always look for the one that is the most effective and the most cost-efficient for our customers. Acceed GmbH applies a certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
PRECISION
Precision begins with a look at what is truly essential. The makers that have been selected by us focus the development of their products onto meeting industrial and other specialised requirements.
FLEXIBILITY
New technological concepts and developments ranging from Industry 4.0 up to IoT (Internet of things) and Smart Control are based on fast connections, autonomous decisions and decentralised networks. Thanks to short internal routes and direct networking with our suppliers, we are in a position to exert influence on the development and adaptation of products for the special tasks of our customers.
RELIABILITY
Reliability is perhaps the most important criterion when it concerns relationships. Our customers must be able to know that they can rely on us completely. In turn, we expect total reliability from our manufacturers and their products. After that, we select them and then test them regularly.
QUALITY
The quality of the materials that are used is crucial to a very high degree for the end result in highly specialised and demanding markets such as oil & gas, transportation and automation, and in the same way, research and development are just as important. Electronic components must be able to survive massive stresses and to withstand severe environments. We pay special attention to this in the development of our portfolio.
Latest news
Under the brand name ExpertDAQ, Acceed offers a comprehensive range of scalable and cost-efficient IO modules, for example the EX9200 series. The modules with analogue and digital inputs and outputs also serve to link distributed sensors, actuators, meters or relays in extensive areas or via the Internet. They are robust, energy-efficient and can be installed and commissioned without any great effort. The EX9250-MTCP is a digital I/O module with ten inputs and six outputs. Two Ethernet interfaces enable the linking of several modules. Here, the auto-bypass function ensures the further operation of the other modules in the chain if one fails.
Due to its nature, the outdoor area poses a challenge for the network infrastructure. Wireless access points and routers are also no exception to this rule. Although wireless ranges are higher than in buildings, the requirements of resistance to weathering, temperature tolerance, robustness and security are also higher. Whether an industrial estate or office campus, transport fleet, repository or agricultural sector, the needs for comprehensive WLAN are constantly growing. WLAN which is stable, secure and designed for high access rates plays an important role for data communication in virtually all business fields. With the new WDAP-1800AX and WDAP-3000AX from Planet, Acceed from Düsseldorf, Germany, has extended its programme with two cost-efficient dual outdoor access points which are tailored to these requirements with Wi-Fi 6, IP67, a wide temperature range, PoE, the latest security protocols and OFDMA.
In times of AI, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Deep Learning and further algorithm-based technologies, it sounds almost anachronistic if we refer to I/O modules, that is to say hardware classics. However, this assessment is not fully correct. Rather the opposite: the relevance and advantages of I/O architectures are also still apparent nowadays and are undeniable − even if the term is losing its attractiveness. Therefore, the German distributor Acceed also still banks on the globally used hardware from the experienced manufacturer TOPSCCC (founded in 1987) and its ExpertDAQ brand within its the professional network technology portfolio.
The use of computers within an industrial environment, specifically outdoors, under high temperatures or under the influence of vibration, wetness, dust and similar aggressive environmental factors can pose a great challenge. The German distributor Acceed has now added the model Nuvo-9650AWP to its programme, a cost-efficient IP66 controller precisely tailored to these requirements. Moreover, various options and extension opportunities allow targeted configuration and adaptation to specific use scenarios.
Vehicles which are used for industrial purposes, whether transport, warehouse logistics or further tasks, are increasingly developing as moving computers. Their performance is becoming increasingly dependent on the functions of the computer systems used and their peripherals, such as cameras and further sensors. Internal vehicle applications range from vehicle fleet management to navigation and monitoring, all of which are important functions which nobody wishes to relinquish nowadays. The German distributor Acceed offers the new series of compact industrial AI platforms with the name NRU-51V+ for this purpose. The robust and fanless controllers for GMSL2 cameras are tailored precisely to these tasks with their Nvidia high-performance type Jetson Orin or Xavier modules.
The inference AI controller Nuvo-9166GC is the latest model from the renowned manufacturer Neousys and now available from the German distributor Acceed. Above all, its combination of robustness meeting industry requirements, individual expansion options for example for cameras, and server-based inference performance as required for current and future artificial intelligence. The platform, which can be configured in accordance with the customers’ wishes supports the latest GPU card 1.4 from Nvidia and provides the 13th generation (Raptor Lake) with a processor power of up to 30 TeraFLOPS.
For increasingly efficiently working automation based on artificial intelligence, above-all performant hardware for Edge AI applications is gaining significance. In this context, the German distributor Acceed has now augmented its portfolio with the Nuvo-10208GC, a further latest generation robust platform, which makes a wide range of demanding applications possible. Autonomous driving, optical quality inspection and the monitoring of traffic and material flows are just some of the complex tasks for which the Nuvo-10208GC can provide its strong computing capacity supported by two GPUs.
The NRU series for Edge AI applications from the German distributor Acceed is growing. With their fanless chassis design for operation at high temperatures and powerful inference performance, the NRU series controllers are pre-destined for Edge computing installations in confined spaces, e.g. for AI-based video analysis, for monitoring and steering tasks or for manufacturing controls. The robust and fanless NRU-220S and NRU-222S controllers have six RJ45 or M12 Ethernet connections, two of which have 2.5 GbB bandwidth. PoE with an overall capacity of 100 W is available for the remaining four interfaces.
Above-all, the sensor system is extremely important for autonomous robots, vehicles, ground conveyors and similar autonomously acting machines. What is meant is data acquisition with cameras or other sensors and its processing as fast as possible in order to execute the desired programmed functions and actions. The German distributor Acceed has now announced the new series of compact industrial AI platforms with the name NRU-51V+ for the near future. The robust and fanless controllers have four FAKRA-Z ports for GMSL2 cameras and are precisely tailored to these tasks with their equipment with type Jetson Orin or Xavier Nvidia high-performance modules.
In addition to large memory capacity for the data basis, AI applications and edge computing scenarios above-all require high processor power for the evaluation of data and real time reaction. Here, the main performance is currently provided by specialised GPU computers whose architecture is precisely tailored to these tasks. At the same time, the controllers with as small a construction size as possible should be robust and usable in virtually all areas, whether automation, medicine, logistics or general image and data processing. The new Box controller Nuvo-9160GC from the German distributor Acceed is designed to achieve precisely these targets. The platform, which can be configured in accordance with customer requirements, supports the latest RTX-GPU from Nvidia with an output of up to 130 W and supplies a processor power of up to 9 teraflops based on various 12th generation Intel processors.
