In times of AI, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Deep Learning and further algorithm-based technologies, it sounds almost anachronistic if we refer to I/O modules, that is to say hardware classics. However, this assessment is not fully correct. Rather the opposite: the relevance and advantages of I/O architectures are also still apparent nowadays and are undeniable − even if the term is losing its attractiveness. Autonomous driving, optical quality inspection and the monitoring of traffic and material flows are just some of the complex tasks for which the Nuvo-10208GC can provide its strong computing capacity supported by two GPUs.
